San Juan Predeparture Information

Congratulations on your acceptance to study with SSA! We hope this is the beginning of an exciting and life-changing journey. Before you go, there are a few things we still need from you, which you may access by logging into your online account.

Below you will find important information regarding your program. These materials should answer most of your questions about the program and preparing to go abroad, but please do not hesitate to contact us!

Referral Program

Know someone who would love to study abroad with SSA? Refer a friend by sharing their name, email, and PayPal account below (with their permission). To qualify, your friend must not have started an SSA application yet. If they apply, get accepted, and participate in one of our programs, you’ll both receive $100 via PayPal! Students who withdraw before the program start date will not qualify for the Student Referral Program.

Health Insurance

Students attending SSA programs in San Juan, Puerto Rico, will be automatically enrolled in the heath insurance provided by our host institution, Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, as well as insurance through CISI Cultural Insurance Services International.

Homestay
